Description:
Does the situation of the lecturer in a presentation change his personality? Haven't you often seen it happen that the lecturer immediately seems no longer to be himself but seems unnatural, aloof and distant and lacks any looseness and spontaneity?

Target Group:

All colleagues who want or need to produce and give presentations.

Objectives:

* to have a convincing manner and to present products, projects, services professionally;
* to gain and keep attention by masterly use of media and effective visualization;
* to know and fulfil the needs of the communication partner "audience";
* to get assent by logical structure, by enthusiasm, credibility, and communicative competence.

Contents include:

* the four sides of a presentation;
* the memory of the audience, brain structure and visualization;
* the four criteria of comprehensibility;
* definition of objectives and target group;
* structure and subdivision;
* layout of the charts;
* the personal entrance: standpoint, language, voice, breaks, body language, thinking by speaking;
* cultivating stage fright and fear of speaking;
* discussion, questions, disruptions;
* evaluation afterwards.
